Favorite place in Hamburg and why: Der Alte Schwede, a small, cozy piece of beach with a large glacial boulder on it, from where you can easily monitor all the container ships as they pass by. A cold beer and a bratwurst make it a perfect place to relax.
Favorite foreign language and why: English, the most useful language to know as a first or second language, is an extremely rich arsenal of expression unprecedented in history (if we don't count Russian).
